PureGlow Nails & Beauty Salon is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Nail Technician to join our team.

This role requires a skilled professional who can provide exceptional nail services, mentor junior staff, and ensure clients leave with a memorable, high-quality salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic applications, and intricate nail art designs.
• Provide professional advice to clients on nail care, trends, and products.
• Mentor and support junior nail technicians, offering guidance on techniques and client service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, adhering to health and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with scheduling, client consultations, and handling client feedback or concerns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and salon products.
• Contribute to maintaining a welcoming, professional, and positive salon environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a nail technician, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong expertise in nail treatments, nail art, and client care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
